Any Commercial Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) solution that can 'do it all, anywhere' is by definition designed with the lowest common denominator in mind.

All buildings are not equal

Some are old, some are new, some have great ventilation, some have virtually none, some have HVAC throughout, some partial, some none, some have many people using them, some have few. The list really does go on and on.

When each of these factors is taken into account, it becomes very clear that each building's 'fingerprint' really is unique.

The IAQ challenges differ

In our experience, air quality issues are rarely straightforward and uniform, even in new-builds. Mould mitigation, odour reduction, disease prevention, minimising particulates etc. may be required in different contexts across the same building.

The solution needs to be unique

Combining the unique fingerprint of a building together with the unique IQA challenges means means that the IAQ solution needs to be equally unique. Before we propose a solution, we analyse the building, airspace and challenges. We are then able to specify specific technologies that are the best fit for the specific challenge.

Getting the process right does not need to be onerous for you. We are well-versed in the solution discovery process. Find out more about about our process.
