Delivering truly effective indoor air quality begins with a deep understanding of your unique Care Home. Our experienced team meticulously gathers building and usage information, allowing us to design an IAQ solution specifically tailored to your environment.

While thorough planning is essential, we know that real-world conditions impact performance. That's why we go beyond initial implementation, providing crucial follow-up and fine-tuning to ensure your solution delivers optimal results exactly where it matters – in your building.

We care about providing a solution that genuinely works for you, not a generic, one-size-fits-all approach that simply isn't suited to the complexities of real buildings.

1. Understanding your needs

This involves an initial consultation on what needs to be achieved, and any particular issues that may need addressing.

At this point, we will also ideally need to get hold of building plans, including any mechanical HVAC plans you may have if applicable.

If no plans are available, or if there are questions on areas that are not able to be answered, we will arrange a site visit to get the information we need.

2. Specifying the solution

From the goals identified through the initial discussion, and the plans provided, we will put together a document detailing our proposed solution.

For more complex requirements, we are able to call directly on the manufacturer for input at this stage ensuring that no matter how big or small the requirements, we are able to get right solution for you.

3. Implementation

Depending on the solution, implementation may be as simple as us sending you the units, and you plugging them in!

For larger scale implementations, we will send our fully qualified HVAC installation team at a pre-agreed date and time in order to carry out the installation and any associated electrical works.

All works undertaken by us will be certified on completion for your peace of mind.
